SovietPickles Posted July 10, 2018 Posted July 10, 2018 So I've been talking to this girl a lot and its so much fun. she is amazing and i love her... well not that kind of love.. yet. Anyway, i went to ask her on a real date and she said that she doesn't know. she said that she really wants to be in a relationship with me but doesn't want to be in a relationship at all at the same time. Later on (like three weeks), she said that she doesn't want a relationship and said no to me. So I'm asking; Do i still have a chance or should i just give up? She means a lot to me and i mean a lot to her, but she doesn't want a relationship at this moment.
d0nnivain Posted July 10, 2018 Posted July 10, 2018 It's highly unlikely unless you two are still in high school. I give teens a pass on being flakey & unpredictable. However if you are adults, her soft rejection means you don't float her boat that way. She likes you well enough to spend time with but the idea of kissing you or more isn't doing it for her. If she was more into you, the alleged bad timing wouldn't stop her. 4
ChatroomHero Posted July 11, 2018 Posted July 11, 2018 It's really easy after getting past the initial getting to know you stage. If there is a chance, she says yes. If there is not a chance, she says anything but yes. Being actual friends will make it difficult for her to flat out write it in stone and have that rejection between you two. So any 'clue' you get that there might be a chance will be based on not getting a soft rejection.
smackie9 Posted July 11, 2018 Posted July 11, 2018 She had her fun with you, but even tho it may seem flirty...it was just for fun/attention. When they say no, they mean not with you.
