I COULD SAY THAT I'M NOT REALLY OVER WEIGHT WHAT SO EVER. BUT I JUST NEED TO TONE MYSELF I GUESS AND MAYBE LOOSE LIKE 5-10 POUNDS. BUT MY BOYFRIEND THAT I HAVE BEEN WITH FOR ABOUT 3 YEARS IS ALWAYS HOUNDING MY BECAUSE I DON'T EAT HEALTHY ATALL. I EAT ALOT OF FAST FOOD, ALOT OF PASTAS, ALTO OF POTATOS, THE STARTCHY STUFF. i"M 5'1 117IBS. I JSUT WANT TO TONE AND MY BOYFRIEND SITS THERE AND GETS MAD AT ME BECAUSE I DONT' LIKE VEGGIES. I PERSONALLY DON'T CARE BUT I DO WANT TO LAY OFF SOME STUFF BECAUSE I WANT TO TONE UP AND LOOSE A FEW POUNDS BUT I CAN NEVER DO IT. I GUESS IT'S DICIPLINE THAT YOU HAVE TO HAVE FOR YOURSELF BUT IF ANYONE HAS ANY ADVICE I NEED IT. i'M A JUNK FOOD JUNKIE. AND I DONT LIKE VEGGIES. HOW DO I DO IT. AND I ALSO WHENEVER I TRY TO WORK OUT I WILL DO IT FOR ABOUT A WEEK AND THEN I ALWAYS SLACK. WHAT HAVE YOU WOMEN DONE IN THE PAST TO IMPROVE YOURSELF. ANY ADVICE IS USEFUL THANKS'

Learn to love veggies. Get yourself some cookbooks and try cooking them different ways until you find ways you like them and then eat them. Lay off the garbage. It's not just about fat, it's about your lifetime health. The more junk you eat, the worse you'll feel when you get older. And maybe you think that's far off but it comes quicker than you expect.

Definitely start eating for your health. You'll have more success that way. It sounds to me with all the crap you eat, if you're only 117lbs then you still have a great metabolism. If you learn to eat well now it will carry with you when you're older. We had a recent thread on losing weight.....
