Posted August 30, 2005 Posted August 30, 2005 i was dating my girl for 2 years, and we broke up about 2 months ago, since we broke up we remained very close, suprisingly lol...its hard at times but other times its great, i know im crazy. my question is its her birthday in 2 days and for her birthday i got her 2 normal things a dvd and a calender which she said she wanted both cuz it has to do with NYC. but for her third gift, i had to do somethign meaningfull like i always do. Im a musician and decided that the song i wrote for her awhile im going to put on cd so she could alwasy have it. i have the studio set up in my house so that wasnt the problem. my question is is it deseitfull to put a subliminal message behind my music. sublimianl meaning i recorded a seperate track of just talking and then layed it behibnd the main song, turning the volume down so u cant hear it but the mind does. in my message i said, listen ***** i still love you forever im so sry about what happened between us, if theres anyway i can have a nother chance with you i promise you, you wouldnt be sry, we could still be great. i know subliminal mesages worked cuz i did a test with a friend and everything i said to do or say in the message they did. is what i said diseitfull, i havent given it to her yet, but im just curious. if i should use that or use the song without the message in it. thanks

Sounds like a lot of trouble to go through and for what? An attempt at mind control? Even IF you could control her mind -- you'll never control her true feelings and what kind of Stepford-esque relationship would that be? Just give her a friend gift and leave the romance in the past.

I understand that you really love her and want her back, but that seems creepy and wrong to me. If the song itself is not enough to get her back, then it's just not meant to be...

Posted August 30, 2005 Author Posted August 30, 2005 yea u guys are right, the only reason i myself didnt think it was deseitfull becasue iwasnt saying like, take me back take me back, do it now do it, i just simply said i still will love you forever, if u can find it in you to ever give me a nother chance yo wouldnt be sry, i really didnt say anything like comanding basically left in her mind, but i wont put it on( btw its really not difcult to do)
