Keep a clear view of your past, but start thinking about what you want your future to look like, and commit yourself to moving into that future. I don't recall from your other posts, but is "her son" yours too, or hers from a previous relationship? How old, and what's your relationship with him like?

See a lawyer. Frankly, tell her to move out, because you're not putting up with her crap any longer. If anything will give her a jolt of respect for you, it's that.
