Did he play me?

Me and my friend guy were talking on the phone actually he called me twice and I didn’t answer on Saturday so I called him within a few minutes. He wanted to link up but I was tired and plus my friend was visiting. So we talked for a little then he said maybe tomrrow we cAn go out for a drink if you have time I said alright talk to you later. Next day he called me asking did I call him I said no my phone dialed by mistake so I asked was I seeing him later he said yeah about 8. So 8 came and I called him and he said he wouldn’t be able to do it tonight because kids mom is out of town and he had to pick up kids from his moms and they have school tomrrow I said ok. So then he said tomrrow around 6 I am not going out of town until Tuesday. I said ok. So I am not calling him this time he wants to meet he will have to call me. But my friend says if he doesn’t call put him on the block list

If this guy is your friend why on earth would you block him over something like a scheduling issue? Blocking is extreme & immature.

 

 

If he's not hot to trot, don't make the guy a priority but if he's truly a friend (as opposed to an on line romantic prospect you have never met) there is no reason to block him.

 

 

Stop taking advice from the person who suggested you block the guy friend. the friend who recommended blocking is rash & impetuous.

Is this "guy friend" a friend or a man you're casually seeing? I'm not sure why you would think a friend would be playing you and your need to block.

I am also curious if this is a friend who's a guy or a date. I wouldn't block a friend. I wouldn't block a potential date, either, unless they were creepy. Blocking a friend over a couple missed plans due to extenuating circumstances is a bit impulsive and a nuclear response. Would you do that to any of your female friends? If it's a date, if he cancels again tonight, you can tell him you're no longer interested.
