InductedHades Posted February 26, 2018 Posted February 26, 2018 So after a long weekend of doing my assessment for my Bipolar so I can travel, I have finally have passed and i'm aloud to travel outside of the country and travel the world. So with that in mind, i'm done with this whole relationship stuff. Too many useless excuses, stress, time wasted, etc. But again, maybe I have to travel and find this person. Who knows. But finding someone isn't a priority. If something happens, it happens. Just trying to figure what I should do with my house, as i'm planning to start my new journey in life in 2 weeks when I retire from my job. Maybe just give it to a family who needs a house or give it to charity. I don't really need the money, so thats why I rather give it away. It's already paid for.

(making them responsible for upkeep, repairs and lawn maintenance) You'd basically be giving them a free place to live and you'd still maintain some form of control over the property, just in case. This would keep them from selling the home after they got control over it. It may also keep family fights to a minimum, as you are still technically the owner of the property. 1
Kristine Posted February 27, 2018 Posted February 27, 2018 I like the idea of renting. However charge them the amount for property taxes and home owners insurance. Because that's a cost you'd still be responsible for.
