Jeez....I have no idea why my brain decided to go on an emotional trauma roller-coaster against me last night - but I dreamed the same continuing dream all night - even after getting up a few times in the night. My assumption for the cause, this morning, was that I was reading some of the threads on here last night (painful separation and or devastated MM/OW threads) and I ended up dreaming a handful of them mixed together, and they happened to me all night long. Thank god I don't act out in my sleep at all - otherwise my wife would have felt me scoop her up in the night, carry her out to the sidewalk, and drop her on her @ss, while I walk back into the house and lock the door - if she was lucky.

So now I'm awake, but amazingly, I'm still kinda pissed off and irritated as a result of what went on in my head all night. In fact, I think I'm irrationally pissed off at my wife - and she has no idea what I was dreaming about

Anyways, just thought I'd throw this out there this morning, as I try to drink my coffee and remind myself that I should not be pissed off at my wife right now ------ unless....maybe the dream was a premonition...... be glad your not innocently waking up in my house today.

I've dreamed about stuff on here too! Its horrible to wake up mad like that - I know I've done it a few times. In fact, I had a fairly disturbing dream last night myself. All sorts of horrible stuff.

Do you ever talk to your W about dreams like that?

Nope, I almost never eat anything after 6pm at night - and usually roll into bed around midnight - what I might need to do is not read traumatic threads on the LS board an hour before bed. Think I'll stick with topics like "my pretty p*ssy" before I go to sleep next time

We're sure as hell gonna be talking about it this morning :laugh: But seriously, yeah, we both on the odd occasion have dreams like this, and we always share them in the morning.

If you stick to topics like that, you're wife will surely enjoy your company more in the morning! :D

But, seriously, I have done this as well. I read LS before I go to bed, and some of the threads make you really think and feel for the person because they are in such pain (especially the OW/MM ones). Obviously some affected you enough to dream about them....it's amazing what the unconscious mind will do.

What did your wife say? That must of been an interesting convo..

I just told her about it, and she laughed at me. She did mention that she woke up at one point last night when I put my hand on her shoulder and pushed her away from me on the bed. She said that she thought I wanted to cuddle, and was quite suprised to feel me push her to the other side of the bed hahahaha
