you should make art, and write about your feelings. its , theraputic.. it makes me feel good. give it a try! :):)

I am a composer and lyricist and always express my feelings through music and verses. But they often come with delay. Also I often predict the future in my songs. I would never realize that hadn't I read that in Erika Jong's book; she said that she has recognized the present in her songs from the past.

 

I think it's not a coincidence. It's rather because we express our desires, fears, and character through our feelings. Once I read that you only need to be smart and wise in order to be a psychic. Very deep, in my opinion.

 

Think about where you've been, where you are, where you want to go, what you fear of doing. If you distinguish your mind from your life and look at it objectively, you will be able to see your future. Envision yourself in 5 years, ask yourself why you're depressed, who you would like to be. Set goals (the most incredible and unrealistic ones) and engage all your strength to achieve them. You will see that your journey will begin and you will experience things that you never thought would happen to you.

I do photography and I find that is my way of expressing myself. And it is theraputic too.

keep yourself busy with anything 'cos when you're busy you won't have time to get depressed. Depression attacks the idle mind.
