But as for your other comment, I feel like it's rare when someone clicks with another person so easily... it's the first time it happens to me, that's why it's hard to give up on this stranger... but I can't cling on to somebody that doesn't see me that way.

And I agree with the other posters who advise you to remove "friends" and "short-term" from your dating profile. That's not what you're after, so it's not good to suggest you are. You're too invested and you hardly know him, girl. 2 months of texting is limited in what you can learn about the real person. You've got an idea of what he's like in your mind, but you don't have enough in-person time to back that up. But a guy who wants to get to know you is going to be behaving very differently from this one. Time for you to cut this off before you get hurt. 1

I don't know what's going on in my head. I gotta step back and stop acting like a teenager.
