I'm not sure how you can stand something like that. Are you really so desperate? No other men around where you live? Had he been genuine, he would have told you he was going out to get food, and could have offered to have dinner with you at home. And if he was that sick, he would have resorted to home delivery, not driving his car. So I say: BS. Don't waste anymore time with him.
