Author FOBolous Posted January 24, 2018 Author Posted January 24, 2018 plot twist: after pretty much ghosting on me, she texted me out of nowhere asking me for help. apparently she's getting her wisdom tooth pulled and need someone to take her to the dentist and back to her place afterwards. she said she's asking me cause she doesn't know too many people in the city yet (she just moved to the city 3 months ago). this girl is weird. 1

I kinda wish they'd just put a padded barrier wall on one lane of the interstates and say "enter at your own risk" ... but I digress. Uber it up, it's 2018. This girl wanted you to see the goods and get you hot and bothered, but wanted to maintain an air of respectability. She pulled it off by putting you off. You take her to her dentist appointment, act cool, and she will be begging you for a date later. If she's new to the city and you're her sherpa she will be all over you if you play your cards right. Whether you wanna play the game is up to you. But I envy your spot at the table man!!! 1

Personally, I wouldn't ask a guy I was interested in to accompany me to something unsexy like a tooth extraction unless I reallly needed help/no one else could. But be careful here she doesn't turn you into the guy she only contacts when she needs stuff/orbiter. Make sure to get her down for a date 1

Drive her & then get her some soft foods to eat. Also bring her a small box of regular tea. Wetting the tea bag & biting down on it is an excellent way to prevent something called dry socket when you get a tooth removed. 2

If all i want is intercourse, I can just go to the club and pick up a tourist girl...it would be a lot easier, less effort, less money, and less emotional involvement. I want something serious. Author FOBolous Posted January 25, 2018 Author Posted January 25, 2018 but yea, based on my text convos with her, i came to the conclusion that's it's not drunk driving or me making a move on her or her being embarrassed. it's me overthinking and panicking....which i do tend to do when i really like a girl. she was probably just busy or had dates lined up with other guys after me on those days (which is fine cause we only went on one date), hence the short responses and long duration between the responses. and if she went on dates with other guys and is still texting me asking me out on dates (she asked me out for food/drinks last night), that means it didn't go well with those other guys, and she's legitimately into me.

Been seeing each other around 3x a week now for 3 weeks. Went out this past Friday, got drunk, and she pretty much spilled her feelings to me telling me how much she likes me while not being able to keep her hands off me. At the end of the night, she insisted I call/text her the next day to hang out. Then the next day, Saturday, called her 3x (once at 3p, once at 6p, then once at 9p) and she ignored all my calls. Today? Still no call back. Wth? Is she on her period right now so that may have something to do with if but still...wtf? Edited February 12, 2018 by FOBolous

If you had a LOT to drink, you should never get behind the wheel of a car. Do you know how lucky you are that you didn't kill somebody? Do you honestly think you could survive the guilt from taking somebody else's life because you caused a car accident while drunk? On balance losing your license is a light punishment. Right now while you have your computer or phone open download the Uber / Lyft app. Use them as soon as you have had more than one drink. Perhaps if you prove yourself to be a responsible adult, women will go on a second date with you. That woman was crazy for getting in a car with you to begin with. She probably didn't want a 2nd date because the out of control behavior she engaged in with you scared her. Agree 100% this^
