I don't see her often because I don't work with her anymore, but whenever we see each other in person, we have long conversations and seem to enjoy our time together. Last year around this time, I asked her out and she turned me down saying "she's not ready to date yet, she is not sure what she wanted." So I left it at that and we stayed friends at work. Over the summer, she got a boyfriend and I just left it at that. I started my new job in late August and I actually work very closely with 2 of her best friends (I even went to high school with one of them). So last week one of my coworkers (one of her best friends) told me that she (the girl I'm interested in) just broke up with her boyfriend. Was her friend trying to drop a hint? With knowing from her best friend that she is now single, I texted her and reconnected on Thanksgiving. We texted for a long time and the conversation never seemed to slow down. She always responds with emoticons and long replies. We always have things to talk about. Then on Friday, I was supposed to go out with my coworkers (which included her 2 best friends), but I got busy and didn't go. I found out through my coworker's snapchats that the girl I'm interested in showed up. Was she looking for me? Now we all (my 2 coworkers/her best friends and her) are planning to go out again sometime. So with all that said, what do you take from this? Is she interested in me now or just being friendly still? I already asked her out once last year at this time...is the ball still in her court to make a move? Are her best friends trying to get us together? What should be my next course of action? Thanks for the help!

I guess my question is how long do I wait to ask her out? I mean she just broke up with her 4 month boyfriend not even a week ago. It seems too soon.
