I’m a nice guy and went out on a date. I treated her well but she was preoccupied. Right after I paid and we left she texted me that she was going back to her ex who she called a jerk on the date. The nice guy loses again.

Don't wallow in this self pity. The nice guy does not always lose.

People who call themselves a "nice guy" usually have an attitude and blame others for their short comings.

 

Learn to take things in stride, and have a positive attitude when things don't go your way.
