I'm sure people will judge me for this, but I am curious if anyone has ever been involved in one of these relationships.

Yes I know the old guys get stereotyped as weird/creepy, and as a girl it's pretty much gold digging. But I have been considering seeking this type of relationship.

I'm young and attractive, could use the extra financial support, and not really looking for a serious relationship anyway right now.

Thoughts??

I remember a thread a few weeks ago about a guy who met a girl on seekingarrangement.com and they started dating. I don't know what happened but he seemed pretty normal.

I've known a few girls who were in these types of arrangements through SeekingArrangement. Yeah I think they met a couple of weirdos, but I know for a fact one of them met a really great guy who was able to help her out financially.

I think as long as you are safe doing it (as in meeting in public places at first, letting friends know where you are, etc.) then might as well go for it.

Just consider.... It is sex work. Once you go down that road you will be a "former sex worker".

And given the threads I have seen on here, that causes some men great consternation.

Now, perhaps you would never want to get involved with a man who would judge you on such a thing, but do know, many do judge and consider sex workers damaged goods.

Just like many women judge men who have used prostitutes.

And think hard about what taking money in exchange for giving a man access to your body will do to yourself esteem and ego.

Maybe you will feel proud to be a sex worker.... But also consider that there can be negative implications as well.

I agree with RecentChange. At the end of the day, it's your decision. You and you alone will have to live with the ramifications of that decision, good or bad.

Good luck.
