When a woman I've been going out with asks me where this is going and I'm not sure whether or not I want the boyfriend title then do I just tell her I'm not interested in being her boyfriend?

I'm learning that if I'm indecisive about wanting a relationship then that means I really don't want her and should just leave her alone. Don't even tell her I'm indecisive. Just decide that a relationship won't happen.

Sounds fine to me. I'm the same way. Some people can see it growing, some people can't

There's really two seperate questions - what are you looking for in general, and where do you see this going with her? I think it's fair to say "I'm looking for a relationship but I want us to get to know each other a little better" if you haven't been seeing her very long. If you've only been on a couple dates that's fair. If you've been seeing each other for a while then I think you're right, you'rs not enthusiastic because you're not that into her.

If there is a strong possibility it could get more serious, you usually know relatively early ime. If I'm totally on the fence about someone I usually cut it off use one of those "not looking/ready for a bf/relationship/date cliches
