I have been dating a girl for almost 7 years but the relationship is on flat line so I decided to call things off but looking back I really think I need some pointers.

Now flash forward to me asking a new girl out is there like a certain order of things I can do or should do ?

Maybe I’m not asking right but you know how there are certain crucial steps to things in life like watering a plant or maintenance on a car.

What kind of maintenance does a relationship need to survive because I seem to flat line after a while

Thanks

Be fun. Keep doing fun things. Be interesting. Read up on things and have something to talk about. You just need to work on staying interesting and multifaceted. Good luck.

It’s not that easy though

It’s impossible to have to put a dog and pony show everyday

7 years? There needs to be an end game. The potential of a familial commitment before reproductive biology locks out the chance. And societal preferences keeps the other a potential partner and not seen as too old.
