Alright guys,

I am back. After a little over a month of no contact, me ignoring his birthday, my ex decides to send me this inocent email for God knows why. He actually came up with a "solid" excuse, he wants an email of his old friend that works with me?

I am freaking out, don't know what to do... :( I really want to email him back! Badly!

But I am on a strict no contact, I was not ready for this, although I secretly wished that whenever I get new emails, one of them would be from him.

Now all I wish to do is email him or call him but I KNOW this will be bad for me.

I just need some friendly support, that's all...

Forward his message to the friend at work, that way you won't have to respond.

yeah, he also said the "nice" things like how're you doing? and I hope you're well, blah blah blah...

I just feel so itchy to respond, and ignoring him, makes me feel like a monster... :o

I don't want his friend to see the details of this email, I'll just email him myself, telling John wants to talk to you.

It's just that I want to talk to John too... badly *sob* :(

You should be able to forward the email and just delete the part relating to you.

It's a mind game. I used to do it to an ex boyfriend just to see if I could still yank his chain. It's evil, I know. I wouldn't do it now, but I've been bad before.

I did it!

Everything like you guys said and plus all my other friends I told, all suggested to do the same thing.

MWAHAHAHAHAHA!

And he thought I'd be the sucker.... well I almost was but, he doesn't have to know that part ;):p

Thank you guys!
