We met 1 week after that as I happened to be in that state. Things were good. He told me he felt a connection with me and when we said goodbye it was hard for both of us. We will be meeting up again only 6 weeks later as I will be traveling there for some event. During our long distance period, we texted and talk through phone daily. Sometimes we skype. He would initiate the text and call every day. As he began sharing things with me, I realized that he used to be an *******. He would date and dump girls very fast. His reason was no feelings for them or just playing. However he said he’s changed and want to date seriously. I was worried as I’m afraid that he would leave me after 2 months or so (his max time dating a girl)… But when we talked every day, it felt good. Like he would say he missed me, calling me dear and all, wished that I was there, making plans or what he plans to buy for me, saying that I’m exclusively his or vice versa……. even said he would introduce himself as my bf to my parents. He even shared with me that he felt a strong connection with me. Like when we had sex he told me he felt close and connected. He also shared honestly that he would never let those other girls hold his hands when they date but he allowed me to because it felt right. Now a month has pass and I will be meeting him again in 2 weeks time. However, I felt that recently (2-3 days ago) our calls are getting different. He would still say he missed me etc etc but something is different. Like our calls are shorter, and felt more like a routine. However he still text me and the texts are getting sweeter…….. IDK am I being insecure or over thinking it or is he losing interest in me? Should I continue or stop texting him? What about our plans to meet?

I'd calm down but guard your heart & don't believe all the dears, the statements about a connection etc. See what happens when you meet again. Judge by that behavior not the frequency of texts. 1

Well you said it all he's a PLAYER why would you waste your time and energy over a guy who dating and screwing other women. Higher risk of STD/HIV/Herps Warts. I really don't see such a draw to a player today. One sexual mistake then there goes our life and risk of health. 6 weeks 2 weeks what the heck and your going out on events. So you think this guy just going to gun for you only? Think again my dear. PLAYERS can talk the talk and walk the walk women like you don't see the clear picture until it's too late..
ExpatInItaly Posted August 21, 2017 Posted August 21, 2017 Don't worry too much yet, but do stay on guard. See how it goes in person. He's certainly using all the same lines your average player uses. You barely know him so be careful not to believe everything he's telling you. Watch and see if he puts actions behind those words.
