Hello, well here goes...

I lied to my boyfriend and hurt him badly. I am trying everything to make the situation right. I am becoming a responsible person. I am going to school, getting a job, and in the process of paying back debts. He still throws in my face all the wrong I did to him. I never did cheat on him, but he is very unsure of that. I understand why, but how am I ever going overcome my mistakes if he never lets me live them down? Is there anything I can do to help him get over this? PLEASE HELP!!!

You made a mistake, but by doing so you probably ruined the relationship. There is nothing you can say or do beyond what you have already said and done to make him feel differently. His feelings are up to him and, depending on the lie or betrayal, he could get over it in a month...or a lifetime.

Use your good judgement and if you feel he won't put this behind him in a reasonable amount of time, do yourself a favor, learn from the lesson, find another guy and don't lie to him.

The lesson to be learned here is actions have consequences and a lie or a few words said in anger or taken the wrong way can destroy what has taken a long time to build.
