I know what it is like, you know you really don't want to be on any dating sites because you would rather be with the ex that you still love. So you see her on there and you realize she is out looking and is not trying to be with you. It solidifies that she is no longer your lady. It hurts and it makes you wanna go crazy!

 

 

Do not contact her and let her go. It will only create more of an issue when you reach out. If she wants to be with you I swear she will come after you.

I bet if you look hard enough you'll find some reasons she broke up. They don't need to tell you. If you have good self awareness you'll find them and work on the issues. It may be that they only might apply to her but some probably will apply to your next relationship and you can improve things for next time.

 

I highly suggest you do not contact her right now and work on finding those reasons within your self that the relationship ended.
