What do you guys think of amusement parks for a second date?

It sounds like fun but that's a little pricey for me on a second date. But, I'm kind of a cheap SOB when it comes to those first couple of dates :D.

Nevertheless, I hope you have a good time! Keep us updated and avoid vomiting on/in front of her.

Brilliant. It has an old fashion twist to it. But be sure to win her a prize! Haha And also make sure to use that sledge hammer to to see if you can ring that bell - you know, show your macho muscles! Maybe roll up your sleeves. Haha If you can't hit the bell, make a joke out of it - she'll think your adorable.

If they have a maze of mirrors, that can be a lot of fun to do together. It's a good excuse to take her hand too.

Have a blast.

At the end of the date, walk her to her door, tell her you had a great time and give her a kiss good night. Hopefully she will have been waiting all evening for this and will get weak in the knees. She'll take her little stuffed animal you won her back to her room and probably chuckle about all the fun she had and think about the butterflies in her stomach when you kissed her.

Guaranteed 3rd date.

Good luck, man.

Just wanted to bump this thread and post an update. We both had a blast at the amusement park. She works 12 hour shifts on the weekends and I work conventional hours so we agreed to a movie next Wednesday for our third date. Do you think this is an appropriate pace? I really like her, but want to keep my expectations in check.

Pace is fine but movie date is a no no. Why? You should never go to the movies with a girl until you've slept together. It's hard to talk and it's a bit tough to read body language in the dark.
