Saw my ex on a dating site . At first I found it laughable as he mocked me for having used online dating sites . Now I feel annoyed .Split a year and half ago but I've taken that long to try to claw back any self esteem. The relationship pretty much broke me as a person.Still feels really bad to see him . I'm no contact and he doesn't want to talk to me again . Really disappointed I still feel this bad after all this time . Feels like il never forget him and I feel ashamed to still think of him when I very much doubt he thinks of me .

Healing is not linear. You have nothing to feel ashamed about simply because you occasionally think of him. Seeing him on the site probably triggered more then you were expecting.

 

 

Try to use the knowledge to reinforce the idea that this is over, he's not coming back.

 

 

Block him on the site & do something soothing for yourself.
