I visit his country every December and for some reason last year in 2016 we became more than friends. We had a very strong connection from the start and our relationship was filled with passion and so much intensity. Unfortunately, the distance and many problems(like his ex) got in the way of us and slowly we lost the spark. It came to the point where he would barely talk to me and even avoid face timing. I decided (worst decision) that if he wasn't happy with me and I didn't feel happy with him that I should break up with him. We broke up 4 days before our anniversary on April 14.( yes I do feel like a terrible person) Ever since then I've talked to him a few times that I want us to get back together but he keeps telling me that he still cares about me but its no use because we would still be in a LDR. I would have completely understood that BUT his actions tell me otherwise. For the past 3 months he has been giving me signals that he wants to come back and when I ask him he says no. He posts things about still loving someone, he posts songs that explain missing an ex, he even told me I looked really pretty in a photo two weeks ago and that he had been thinking about me a lot. On July 14 (3 months after we broke up exactly), he posted a song he dedicated to me just a month ago and a picture of us on his Instagram, and then all of sudden he starts putting love quotes on his status on WhatsApp for someone else! Yesterday I got angry and I confronted him about it about why would he give me false hopes and post things about me when he was talking to someone else. He denied that he was seeing someone else and that I was crazy and dramatic and that he posted things just cause he wanted to. I told him that he doesn't just post things unintentionally, he always posts them for someone he's seeing, I told him if he didn't want my "drama" that he should once and for all tell me that he doesn't want to be with me anymore and that he's trying something with someone else. He just told me " think what you want" and then left me on read. Today was supposed to be our anniversary and he just put a love quote with the exact words he told me when we were dating. Is he trying to hurt me or he just doesn't care about me anymore?

He doesn't know wth he is doing and you need to show him what it's like without you. I've been through this as well and it drove me nuts. Didn't know what he wanted and he probably has no idea himself. Don't let him play with your sanity like this!
springy Posted July 19, 2017 Posted July 19, 2017 If you don't want any drama you need to unfollow/unfriend/stop checking his social media. Regardless of what he's putting up on there, he has told you he doesn't want to get back together. Some people enjoy being dramatic on sm and like to draw attention. End your own torment by not looking at his stuff.
