Over the last couple of months, I've felt that my gf has been taking me for granted. This is partly my fault - I think I've given too much in the relationship and its come to be expected. It seems I'm very low on her priorities.

We arranged to talk at a specific time but her phone is off. I need to tell her that I've got concerns about our relationship, but she has a very minor procedure tomorrow (non-invasive, no anaesthetic but uncomfortable) which she's nervous about.

Should I wait until after the procedure to tell her? Would it be cruel to tell her beforehand on the day of her procedure?

Of course, you should wait until after she has had the procedure and recovered. It is obviously the kind and considerate thing to do.

I am surprised you would even consider telling her this before her surgery.

Yes wait till after and wait for her to feel de-stressed.

Well you have settle for this but you can't say nothing to after she has the minor operation. Then wait a few weeks before you say anything.
