About a month ago my girlfriend of 2 and a half years ended it rather suddenly i didnt see it coming and soon after we started NC ive been griving for the first few weeks but i was doing a little better recently. Today was super hard for some reason and i almost contacted her. Help
preraph Posted June 22, 2017 Posted June 22, 2017 The more you give in to contact her, the more you have to start all over again. Plus eventually, she will have to get humiliate you to get you to stop. You're just setting yourself up for more hurt.
Sprince92 Posted June 22, 2017 Posted June 22, 2017 Dontcontact her.its hard. I know it is cause I'm going through NC now too and I'm only on day 3 and it's helpful to see that you've lasted a month. You've been so strong and you need to continue doing that. It's hard to stop talking to someone that you spoke to all the time but it's better to just continue going from here than to start over tomorrow and chances are that if she wanted to talk to you she probably would have tried. I don't know why or how your breakup happened but I do know it was a break up which means there was a reason behind it. Don't put yourself through the grievance you've been putting up with. Tomorrow is another day and this feeling will probably pass. Stay strong!
fieldoflavender Posted June 22, 2017 Posted June 22, 2017 Stay strong, I wanted to cry many times when I had hardship and he would be the person I would turn to in the past. But I stopped myself and I'm glad for my own pride that I did. Because if they don't even care about your well-being anymore, what is the point? If they can do that in such a hurtful way, then they don't deserve to know about how you are doing. Turn to someone who actually cares about you. The first few times will be hard, but you will get used to them not being there. Keep strong. 1

Basically the more you contact her the more you take away any chance of getting back together with her. And honestly what would you say?You would end up begging or crying to her. 1
