Now, normally, I would attempt to get to know a female as well as possible before confessing my feelings or asking her out but I wasn't able to do that in this case, as this girl is going to a different college to me and lives 18 miles away so I knew I wasn't going to see her again after Year 11. I did manage to build a light friendship with this person; it s not like I didn't know them well at all haha. Anyway, I asked them out and explained some of my feelings on June 9th (last day of formal attendance), and they just giggled nervously and said they didn't see why I liked them as we "don t even hang out that often". However, they said we could possibly do something together in the Summer, and that she would get back to me when she comes back on Facebook (she "got rid of it for exams"). Well, she came back on yesterday and after four months finally saw a text of mine from February where I asked her if she was alright, as she was off sick. She didn't reply at all. This, coupled with the fact that she neither rejected or accepted my confession and her reaction to it, leads me to think she s just not interested and if she doesn't initiate a date on there like she said we could, I should just leave her alone and move on. What do you guys think?
