Are most women uncomfortable dating better looking guys?

I've normally seen good looking men with good looking women, average men with average women and the rest with the rest. I think water seeks it's on level.

I saw a photo on FB this morning of a newly engaged couple where this was NOT the case and I admit I did a little of cyber stalking to try to figure out just brought this unattractive man and beautiful girl together. I don't know either in person (child of a distant friend) so maybe their personalities are a perfect match, but to look at it, it's a head scratcher!

It's all relative. I found that most men go for women who are less attractive than they are (in the face and/or body) because they want someone who is lesser than they are. And that applies to looks, intelligence, charisma, career success, education, etc. Don't believe me? It's happened more times than I care to see anymore. Same applies for women who go for men who are less attractive or lesser than they are.

 

It's all about confidence and being sure of yourself. If you feel that you deserve a bad man/woman, you get one (once you find out that they are). And vice versa.

 

Due to the simple fact that good looking women outnumber good looking men by a ratio of probably 25:1(probably more), I'm gonna disagree with you here..

 

I think men may go for lesser attractive women to hook up with, but they(men) usually want way better than what they bring to the table, when it comes down to someone that they settle down with..

 

And because there are clearly more good looking women than men, they can often pull it off..
