So tomorrow i see her and am going to give her in an envelope with a poem i wrote her. But apparently some immature person shouted "Hey he wants to ask you out" i denied this statement but she still probably thinks that i do like her considering this friend telling her. obviously she said No but with this poem i expect i will get her attention. This is my first true love and possibly my first date i also heard she might be leaving due to her parents being armed forces and if she does leave it's going to be hard. Also worth mentioning that i discussed this with my English teacher and a few girls they all think it's good and romantic. Edited June 7, 2017 by 101Love Forgot to add and extra detail

We see threads such as yours all the time where a guy feels the need to elaborately "confess" his feelings to a girl who hardly knows him. It always ends horribly. At best the girl will think you are 'awwwe so sweet', but she won't date you. Instead, if she seems to be liking you, just man up and ask her out, no cheesy props. That is what she really wants.
