todreaminblue Posted May 30, 2017 Posted May 30, 2017 i dont know if am co dependent......i know people can mostly depend on me and soemtimes i can mostly depend on other people.....ina relationship i think its about a balance because you should be able to depend on your partner as much as a partner can depend on you...not for everything.....but there should be a real balance if you cant lean on a partner and a partner cannot lean on you......then to me ...that isnt a relationship worth any of my time being in...........deb 1
penelopeanne Posted June 1, 2017 Posted June 1, 2017 yes I am and I am having a hard time trying to figure out how to not be in a relationship, not be a caretaker. it's all that I am used to. very hard for me to focus on myself and work on self love.
