cholee Posted May 24, 2017 Posted May 24, 2017 So I met this fellow on Tinder a month ago we've been chatting for awhile and went out on our first date a week ago and our second date yesterday. Yesterday I got to know him more and he told me he has only been in one serious relationship that lasted for 4-5years but they broke up (she cheated me on him a few times) he said woman are trouble! .. with Tinder and all this online dating stuff. After our date we continued texting all night and I causally asked what he was looking for he said "Well I'd like to find someone I like spending time with, and I enjoy spending time with you!" I'm just unsure what that means exactly... I'm not looking for a hook up~ and I know Tinder can be known for that but I have had a serious relationship from Tinder in the past. Opinions Please
smackie9 Posted May 24, 2017 Posted May 24, 2017 It sounds pretty straight forward.....he is looking for a GF, and is pretty much telling you he is interested in you. 2
Dis Posted May 24, 2017 Posted May 24, 2017 If he wanted something serious...he wouldve said so He wants someone to spend time with = he wants someone to... 1
Shanex Posted May 24, 2017 Posted May 24, 2017 He was cheated on and was hurt. Uh. I'll spare you another rant about Tinder but some folks appear to be genuine about looking for something long-term there so.. why not? What did you do during the dates if that should be relevant? how old are you?
todreaminblue Posted May 24, 2017 Posted May 24, 2017 (edited) He said eh wants find someone he enjoys spending time with and he said he enjoys spending time with you with an exclamation mark no less...so he is sure he does enjjoy it....and wants you to know that............seems all good to me...after the second date its an appropriate thing to say from someone who has been hurt before...and a little more cautious.......early days yet and no promises on the horizon...enjoy your time together and see where things go....if ti looks like its headign int eh sex direction of spending tiem together...then veto it.... the women are trouble remark with an exclamation mark is a little concerning.... if he gets too fast say so ....other wise...just have fun and get to know him.....then you wont need anyone elses opinion...you will know him best...smilin...best wishes...deb Edited May 24, 2017 by todreaminblue
Popsicle Posted May 24, 2017 Posted May 24, 2017 He just wants to spend time with you like he said, no more, no less.
