Let me remind you that she is a really bad texter. So we had already established that we were going to watch a movie tonight and go eat, just a normal hang out day. She had initially told me that she can meet me at my moms store since I am closing today. I replied back saying that I have to go home, shower, & get rdy so I can look good for her but she never replied back. And then later on that day, I texted her a video of the party but still no reply. So today, we are suppose to hang out but idk if I should text her again if we are still on or not? Will that make me look desperate or should I just leave it? Idk what to do....

I know your generation is not used to it and it fills you with anxiety to even think of calling someone BUT eventually you will have to learn how to do it so about you start now. 6

If you don't spend your shift getting sweaty & dirty you could very well go straight from work to hanging out with this girl. No need to shower & change. It's nice that you want to look good for her but think about the logistics. 2

It's ok to be desperate when you are cute and smitten by her. Girls like that. It's not good to be scared. And no you don't need to change and be ready after work. Just be as you are. 1
