Author SethDamien Posted May 24, 2017 Author Posted May 24, 2017 Its just funny, yesterday, we had a nice date, she even kissed me goodbye. But today, i brought it up that she was somewhat being different so i told her, what's it gonna be? then she told me "friendship is the only thing i can offer you"
Author SethDamien Posted May 26, 2017 Author Posted May 26, 2017 (edited) My GF told me a few days ago that all she could offer me was friendship. In other words, its an official break up. I didn't tell her right away that i didn't want to be friends with her - even though i should have. Now, she's in a premise that I'm okay with us being friends. And the stupid, impulsive me quickly begged for a chance to win her back. She said her decision was final. Now, every picture she uploads, even if its just sharing a funny picture over Facebook hurts a lot, and seeing her guy friends comments which are suggestive of flirting just makes it worse. I'm sure you guys understand that I cant stop myself from looking over her profile and seeing what she's been up to lately. I want to stop myself from stalking her, but i also don't want to block her or unfriend her. For me, it looks immature, and i don't want her to see that. I guess I'm being pretty transparent. YES i do want her back, but i want to go through the process of moving on first... maybe after which, i might be completely over her and forget about her. I erased her contact from my phone, un-followed her, deleted our conversation, stopped notifications coming from her, and i no longer have any reminder of her in my home. But right now, i don't know how to contain my impulse of looking through her profile, and it stings my chest every time I see her posts and the comments from other guys. What can i do? spiderowl Posted May 26, 2017 Posted May 26, 2017 I'm afraid I'm a bit hopeless with Facebook but someone else might know the answer to this. Is there a way to hide a profile without actually blocking it or unfriending the person? To be honest, it is probably in your interests to just unfriend her.
