Myles101 Posted May 16, 2017 Posted May 16, 2017 Hello, I am writing this up because I'd like to get others point of view on my situation which I am opening up. So anyways, I was dating this girl for 3 years, we broke up on our 3rd year why we broke up doesn't matter at this point in time, but anyways we we're kinda together but kinda not. We'd seem like we want to be together and then next moment we're not talking for days. I do like the 1st girl(Ex) whom I was dated already, but I feel like that ship as sailed already. I am actually torn in what to do. Keep in mind we haven't been together in almost a year. Anyways moving onto the next part, this had just happened recently I went and had a night out because I wanted to. (I don't go out very often maybe like 5 times a year) And when I got there it was quite a bit, but it picked up since it was a bar/club type of place. But anyways I am going to get myself another drink and I run into a friend of mine whom I graduated with and with her is her sister. Now her sister I've known about 10 years ago as I was friends with her brother. So, I say hello and kinda continue on, but as the night went on I ran into her sister and she wanted to dance so I was like okay because I was already feeling tipsy so to speak. And then we all stayed till closing and her sister invited me over back to their place so I was like okay then. We arrive there and suddenly I found myself quite close to her sister all throughout the night. We did a few things that is normal lol, so I remember she fell asleep on the coach but I didn't want to leave her alone because there was other people there and guys that I didn't trust for obvious reasons so I stayed with her essentially watched over her and fell asleep with her. Wake up the next morning and we're still together, she was sitting on my lap resting on me. And I'd look into her eyes and wow she was really beautiful. I felt a connection with her and felt happy again and she couldn't stop talking about me (in a good way). Her best friend told me that she really liked me and that I should go be with her. But since it was a house party we had to leave and so the girl I was with and her sister get picked up and that was the last time I saw her which was just less then 48 hours ago. Essentially this post is, I had re-acquainted myself with a friend from the past and it escalated at a pretty fast rate. But at the same time I wasn't committed to anyone because technically I am single. (And the girl that I was dating knew we weren't together because it didn't reach that point again really) Note: I'd use names but coincidentally they have the exact same name.
preraph Posted May 17, 2017 Posted May 17, 2017 Make sure your girlfriend of 3 years knows you are dating others. I am pretty sure she probably still thinks you are together, whether you come and go or not. She has a right to know and make up her mind if she too wants to date others.
