I'm not bashing FWB relationships. Some have them and they work out well. As for me I knew what I was getting into and I regret meeting this guy. I was living in a fantasy world that one day he would love me. He knew all the right words to say. However he referred to me as a best friend. No best friends of mine treat me like crap. My best friends are there at all times not just when the sun is shining. I am capable of taking care of myself but having a guy that really cares about you is awesome. He would say and make me feel at times we had something special and a connection. I guess those were just a lot of empty words. Just sticking around with me until the girl of his dreams came along. Until now I didn't realize how much time I wasted on him when I could have had an honest real relationship.
