SpiralOut Posted May 1, 2017 Posted May 1, 2017 Cut back on the drinks. Alcohol is high in calories. Obviously you can't control what she eats and drinks, but if you start following good habits she may follow suit. I think it's sweet that you made her a bunch of healthy food.

Awesome! My husband is overweight, it scares me that it'll affect his health. He drinks 2-3 energy drinks every day and I've been trying to convince him to give them up...he won't though..so frustrating. Also he does most of the cooking as he's an ex-chef, but he cooks lots of fatty stuff, I have to get to the kitchen first if I want to eat healthy, although I do have a very good excuse to not eat fatty food having no gall bladder, so I use that to my advantage in order to convince him to join me in lower fat foods. Hope he hacks my posts here. Lol!!
