O.o

A properly done steak doesn't need any extra seasoning or sauce!!!!

I'm offended that she put ANYTHING on it.. let alone mace.

Lose her number, she's obviously nuts.

I've always felt the same, a good steak needs no extra treatments. A bad steak needs A1

Agreed. Nothing but salt and pepper please.

As for Miss. steak macer, maybe it was cooked too rare for her liking and she thought it was going to come alive and jump off the plate?

So many Hannibal Lectre quotes are coming to mind....

How would you let something like that go without saying something to her about it? I would laugh my a** off if a woman did that in front of me! Then I would constantly make fun of her for it for the rest of her life!

Did you even look at her like what she did was off?

Did she or you comment on it at all after the fact?

Did she pop any medication while on the date?

Did she pull anything else out of her bag on your date that seemed questionable?

Quite honestly.. i actually want to meet this woman just for entertainments sake....

Perhaps we could discuss this over a steak dinner sometime  Not to be presumptuous but I'd wear my fancy underwear ;)

An offer you can't refuse.

If your judging based off of any decision of food, chances are your just intimidated by her looks but do not want to admit it.

Ego is a terrible thing to have my friend, do not let it get the best of you. I'm not saying throw yourself at her feet, but i'm also saying don't vilify her because of her choices, any choices.

Do you deal with a lot of anxiety and self-sabotage in your every day life?

Nope, I'm superficial

Why didn't you ask her immediately on the spot? You're asking an online forum to guess and judge?

I was taken aback and I wanted to appear cool & unflappable. I was merely asking the good folks here if they'd ever heard of using mace for seasoning. Not asking anyone to judge.

This is a loooong shot. I saw a red haired guy on a light blue Vespa scooter today. Was that you Biker?

In desperation not to be dateless on Saturday (the 4th time this year!), I gave her a call. Left a voicemail but no response. I think she is mad because I didn't make a move after our dinner date.

No big deal (unless this dry spell becomes 5 next week).....

Happy Easter folks

She has returned my call. We've scheduled another date. I invited her to a seafood restaurant. Lets hope the mace doesn't get used here.

I may mention to her how I've never known anyone to season a steak with mace.

Good luck, I hope it goes better this time. (Seafood won't be cheap either, though.)

P.S.: Surplus gas mask can be ordered online for as little as $20, just saying... ;)

Hahahaha

This is seriously the best thread on this site right now.

Every new development just cracks me up and makes my day:laugh:

Are we placing bets on what she will do with the seafood? What odds can I get on stun gunning her sashimi?

You make some good points! lol

To save money I'll tell her my car is in the shop. We'll use her gas money that way.
