Whenever I go on a first date I bring with a 1 page questionnaire with worn for her to fill out. If she refuses I refuse to pay for the date. The purpose of the questionnaire is to save time so I don't get stuck with an incompatible girl.

 

This last girl flipped her lid and called me some bad words and left. What a loser.

The questions on there ask about previous relationships and employment history with a few fun questions thrown in.
