I'm probably overreacting

As the title states I'm probably over reacting. I met this girl that goes to my college. We went out and hit it off and had an amazing first kiss. We scheduled another date but it was postponed due to our schools schedules being a little hectic. Hers was a little worse and the stress really got to her and she became sick from it. She's been very short when texting me. Today I asked her if she needed space, to which she didn't reply, but then I find her viewing my stories on social media. What do I make of this? Should I ask if her and I are good? Just seems strange how she won't text me whether seapite being sick but will find me on social media. I'm probably thinking too much of it but what do you guys think?
