NVO Posted April 3, 2017 Posted April 3, 2017 (edited) I've been on three dates with this girl. We clicked. The thing is, she is extremely busy. She doesn't seem too enthusiastic when I ask her out (as she was in the beginning), keeps delaying, excuses as: 'I've got so many things going on.' I do believe her when she says she is busy. But still I feel like something has changed since her school exams and feel kind of 'meh' about this situation. But the communication is still there. At this point I feel like I have to convince her into going on a date with me, whereas for the second date she replied 'Yes' immediately, and she even arranged the third. Now it's more like she is playing games with answers like 'Who knows...' Basically I want to know if she is still interested, because I'm not comfortable with being vague. Either you serious about another date, or stop wasting my time with useless texts for some kind of ego stroke. Because that's what this is all beginning to feel like. But how do I tell her this? It sounds like some kind of ultimatum and that seems a little harsh. I hate being ghosted on, so that's not what I'm planning to do. Thanks for your input! Edited April 3, 2017 by NVO
clia Posted April 3, 2017 Posted April 3, 2017 If she's being evasive, non-enthusiastic, delaying, and won't commit to another date with you, it means she is not interested. There is no need to confront her -- just move on. 4
