Author FosterJoe Posted April 3, 2017 Author Posted April 3, 2017 matching religious beliefs is a key to relationship success. It doesnt mean you have to be the same religion, but you have the same tolerance and dont impose religious views on the other person. Since she changed religions you should end this. She didn't change religions - She was always a Christian (that's what she calls it).. What she did was become obsessed with it for whatever reason. She told me that she got involved with this new church group when we were going through a rough time last summer and we both decided to take a little timeout for a couple weeks. She said that the church filled up her time that she might have spent with me.. It just boggles my mind how someone can change like this in the middle of a relationship. I just can't figure it out.. For the years that we have been together we have had a pretty good relationship up until this past summer. She wants to go for counseling to see what can be done to try to repair things or as I see, she wants a therapist to try to fix me and see the things she does. I will go because I am curious as to what will happen. I am not sure what's going to happen because you have to have an open mind when you go for therapy. Thank you...
