aklost101 Posted July 26, 2005 Posted July 26, 2005 i dream about him (and her) a lot. at least 2x/wk usually when i dream about them together he's uncomfortable in the situation. he's ackward about us meeting. he's not sure what his place should be. this time, however: he invited me to dinner with himself and his wife, for the express purpose of us meeting; he said it was time. we had a lovely time at dinner, the three of us, laughing and chatting. he was affectionate to her in front of me, and it was like we were all friends (no uncomfortability). i liked her so much. when i got home that night i turned on the tele and there was a "breaking news story" that "BOB AND GINA SMITH of SMALLTOWN" were getting divorced b/c of BOBS MISTRESS i was shocked and embarassed. i went to his house to find out why he didn't tell me, why we met and now he's getting divorced?! he wasn't there though. i went upstairs and came back down with something of theirs (photo?) and ran into a little girl playing. she talked to me while i was trying to rush out of the house, but b/c i was distracted by her i didn't see him come in and find me there. more happened after that, but it's a jumbled mess. do any of you have an analysis or insight into this dream? and why it might be different than the others? (aside from the usual "don't eat whatever you ate b/f bed again, lol)
Merin Posted July 26, 2005 Posted July 26, 2005 Perhaps you have guilt over the affair and are afraid of someone (such as his wife) finding out about it.. other fears that even if he did leave her he wouldn't run to you and give you the life with him you'd like to have. The Good news is... the chances of this Guy inviting you to dinner with his wife and the 3 of you having a lovely time isn't probable, The Bad news is eventually she will (his Wife) find out what he's been up too and it isn't going to be nice... Other than that... don't eat Taco Bell late
newbby Posted July 26, 2005 Posted July 26, 2005 i would say it is a fear of telling him to work on his marriage which a part of you wants to do, but missing an opportunity of you and him by doing so???????? this is just a guess, i do not know your situation.
