Why would a guy do this?

There was this guy that I met on Tinder a month ago and when we met in person for the first time, we hooked up and then the second time we met up, he picked me up from my house and my dad was following his car to the place we were supposed to hook up at and then after he saw my dad following his car to the place we were going to hook up at, he drove me home and while he was driving me home, he told me to not contact him again and ever since he saw my dad following his car. Then a few days later, we matched again on Tinder and started talking to me again like nothing happened. He told me that he wanted to meet up with him again and I kept making excuses on why I can't meet up with him. Did I do that right thing by not agreeing to meet up with him again after he asked? Why would he tell me that he doesn't want to contact me again and then a few days later, talk to me again and want to meet up with me again?

On a second date? WTF!?

If your dad was so worried they why the hell were you on Tinder anyway?

Wow…

Then a few days later, we matched again on Tinder…

Is this an episode of Stranger Things?

How old are you?

If you didn't want to meet up, then you did the right thing. He wanted sex. You didn't. Don't question your judgment.

He freaked and likely got pissed when he saw your father and didn't want to see you again. A few days later, he calmed down and the idea of available sex got him all excited again so he decided to ask you to meet up.

How old are you?! You are hooking up with guys from Tinder (I noticed this isn't a date, but just casual sex right?) - and your daddy has followed you?

What did you say about your dad following you? What was your plan if he hadn't drove you back home!?

Has this happened before?

Sounds like your dad is very concerned about you, and perhaps for very good reason.

What sort of birth control / STD prevention methods are you using?

He wanted to hook up again because he is horny and you are an easy score.

I'm 20 and I have no idea why my dad followed his car but he was mad at me and my plan was to hook up with him if he hasn't drove me back home and this has never happened before. I am not using birth control but I am using protection during sex.

Hooking up with strangers off the net is precarious behavior....especially someone so young. Be aware that organized crime use such sites to kidnap and force young ladies like yourself into the sex trade.

I would be very concerned like your father too if my daughter was doing this.

I think the real question you should be asking yourself is why are you hooking up with strangers and then questioning why they treat you with such little respect.

You're an easy lay as is he, nothing more.

Want something better? Then demand better from men and of especially of yourself. Otherwise chalk it up to the hazards of hooking up.

As the saying goes, we teach people how to treat us.
