He says he's in the same boat and that I'm cooler than a lot of girls I talked to on the site and wasn't sure if I wanted casual or more serious. I told him I'm new to the area and I'm looking for new people to just get to know but I can get serious as well. He says thats good to hear, he met girls that just wants to hook up and that doesn't appeal to him. I told him he definitely chose a good potential candidate then (me) because I met people the same way and I didn't like that either. He responded "lucky him" we talked some more and then said goodnight. Do you think this is going on a good path?
angel.eyes Posted March 3, 2017 Posted March 3, 2017 You will have to watch whether his actions match his words. All he really did was mirror you. "Me too" answers don't really tell you anything. Either the person genuinely feels the same way or he is simply feeding you what you want to hear. His behavior and choices over time will tell you which of these is the case.

I'm always suspicious when they come right out and say they are not into hooking up....most guys don't mind doing that while looking for a GF. You could say he is saying what you want to hear....just be cautious.
