I flirt with a girl in a college, we like each other, but I can’t ask her for a date because ,we can’t be alone, always they are coming with us other colleagues in the break and when we are going at home, also some of them asked if we are together but we are said no.

How can I Discreetly ask her for a date??

Could you find a way to give her your number? For example, find out what she likes eg. a favourite bar, restaurant, band, film and then give her your number in order to make arrangements.

Or wait until she's alone and have a one-on-one chat and then ask her out. Timing is everything.

Yes ok ,but this is the problem, i can't because always they are interrupting us,and i don't know why..

Are your colleagues male? If so, perhaps they are jealous because they know she likes you. They even ask if you are together.

They can't be around her every minute of the day! Can't you pull her aside and speak to her alone??

Once the group forms, take her to the side & ask for her number. It only has to be a few feet away. You could use a pre-text of making a phone list of everybody in the group in case people have Qs about the course material. I'm not a huge fan of this but assuming you know her full name, search for her on social media & send a friend request.

The old-fashioned way. Pass her a note (or if you can put a note on your phone, you can pass that to her.) Put "Want to go out sometime. If so, give me your cell number." If it's paper, hand her a pen with the paper. If it's a phone, she can put in her number. If it's no, she will probably just shake her head no or act embarrassed.
