I sort of did, all your responses guys were very helpful and a big thank you for that! I always avoided talking about feelings and it made me realize that communication is the key. I made her a surprise, I arranged a short two day trip. I had to make sure that her business will be safe while we are away, she has the best team, they took care of everything. I hope this showed her that she can rely on them and delegate the work to them, too. She admitted herself, that she needed a break and she lost control over it, she took on too much work. She agreed to take one full day off of work and we made a rule that there's no work at home unless it's completely necessary - that's what we begin with. :-) I'll share a progress evaluation.
