Last night, this guy that I met online asked to pick me up from my house and go to his house to hook up. I just met him that day and he already asked if he can pick me up from my house and hook up. I told him that I don't really know him and I don't feel comfortable going to his house when I just met him online. Did I do the right thing? Is it a red flag if a guy asks a girl to hook up at his house when he first meets her instead of meeting in public? What could his intentions be if he does that?

Yes you did the right thing. But even just meeting someone in public will not give you any indication he won't beat and rape you. Meeting up for casual sex is common, but it is dangerous for women. It might be better to find a FWB of someone you have known for some time or is a friend of a friend or a coworker.

It's safe to say he's looking for sex. He seems to be pretty open (honest) about what he wants, and if he's given you the address to his house, it's doubtful he wants to harm you. Your electronic trail would lead right to him.

If you're down with that, then just have someone take you there and wait while you do the deed.

Never go to their house, but in my case it's safe to come here. Can't speak for his intentions but it's best you meet at public place than a private one. If you don't trust him why are you going out with him to meet him. Just be careful. You should really talk to him on Skype before you go meeting up with him. So you have some general idea of who your going to be seeing in person.
