Hi, I have been contemplating this for awhile now and what is your opinion? My cousin and his wife are separated, I found her really attractive and I'm thinking about asking to meet up for coffee? Why not? I mean they are separated even though it's totally weird. I feel I don't need his permission either to see his ex wife. She seemed more like my type, professional and down to earth.

How big is your cousin?

I'd say give it some time... like until the divorce is final. My cousins own too many gun for me to consider something like that, unless she'd be willing to keep it on the down low.

Lots of questions. This is a first cousin? How often do you see this cousin? Is your extended family close?

How long were they together? How long have they been separated?

And so she's attractive and professional, but what about your relationship with her to date makes you think that their is potential for romance there?

Personally I can't imagine this at all, but I am close to my cousins.

After skimming over some your previous threads here, by your own admission you have trouble meeting and communicating with women. That being the case, what makes you think she would ever accept your offer to meet for coffee, or enter into a romantic relationship with you? Have you considered that if she rejects you, that she would then tell your cousin that you put the moves on her?

There are numerous things that could go wrong here for you, and could cause you a bunch of unintended family drama. If you're not careful, you could be labeled the family 'creep'.

Of all the women in the world, or in your country, why do you have to go for your cousin's STBXW?

I'm guessing you don't really like this cousin or have a close relationship with him or you wouldn't dream of it.

Yeah, you're right. It would cause too much drama.
