How do you respond to a ex in person when they don't look the same?

Just saw my ex of 2.5 years and Wow she doesn't even look like the same person. She left me last year and 2 weeks later got into another relationship, last time I heard he cheated on her multiple times other than that idk what she's up to.

 

 

She was high as kite, lost about 20-30 pounds (only weight about 130), had on hell of make up ( she NEVER wore make UP ) she was a completely different person. I didn't even know how to respond when she spoke, because she didn't look the same. It's shocking to see her go thru this because when we was together she was always sober, working 2 jobs, started going to church and was all about helping others, now shes the opposite.

 

But I found a new me after her, bought a car, got a better job, fixed my attitude, started loving life and if anybody out there is going through a break up don't let it bring you down let it build you up, be better you.

How would I respond? Well, I probably wouldn't recognise her because I have prosopagnosia.

 

But if I did, I'd probably just say "oh hello" and carry on walking. Don't even break stride. What do you have to say to her, after all?

As PegNosePete said, would prob just said "hello" and kept going with my day.

 

Why would you even care? She dumped you to be with someone else, look where that got her.

 

If I wasn't completely over her, I would be for sure after I had seen her like that.
