This guy is not just some "laughable" college "player", he has serious issues. His hurts himself pretty badly and his left hand is always messed up. He makes excuses that a mosquito bit him or its because of boxing but scratches and swelling can't be because of boxing or mosquito.

You can have casual sex and then get locked into a relationship where you're completely monogamous. This guy has some other issues going on and it has nothing to do with sleeping around. What do you think may be the issues?

Who knows why people drink and abuse drugs to death, sometimes it's trauma, sometimes it's just mental illness that's never been diagnosed. What ever it is you cannot fix it. You seem to have an obsession with this guy. A very unhealthy obsession.
