I honestly can't date a girl who supports Hillary. Once I realize that I lose all respect. It is not a political statement either because I would have voted Obama (Democrat) in the last election. It is the ignorance that I find unattractive. Like when you say something against Hillary they assume I must be a Trump supporter, rather than defend all the illegal things she did. I find that pretty stupid. And then instead of explaining all the horrible things she did they go say things like "What am I gonna tell my kids ... that females can't be presidents?" as if Hillary was the only female and no other can run for the president. This is not a political discussion because I am an international person who didn't know Republican or Democrat before. So I have no bias but almost all the college states are blue with weird Hillary supporters and even when I get along with a girl ... when we get to that discussion everything gets super weird and I lose my attraction. What do I have to do? Move to a red state or something. It is so hard to find a RATIONAL girl (who could say, yea she had her faults, wish another female was running or something). I mean how can I date someone I don't respect. And when I say respect I mean her intellectual capacity. I wouldn't have liked anyone who voted for Obama just because he was black and I feel the same about Hillary. All the crying and blindly supporting someone just because they were female. I don't see a future with a personality like that and lately I'm realizing ... that leaves me very very small % of society as datable crowd. Am I screwed here?

Many people feel the same about Trump supporters....talk about irrational, I hope you have the same standards aganst anyone who supports(ed) him.

Aside from that....I think you are intimidated by women who support 'strong' women. I don't think this is about being irrational more than it is about how you feel about strong, vocal, women. I suspect you are anti-feminist.

Well, based on your moral/intellectual high ground, you don't (shouldn't) date anyone who supported Clinton or Trump, so, yes, you only Independents to date. You should put that on your profile or one of the first questions you ask.

You should never judge someone based on their political views, no matter how petty. Teach them why they're 'wrong' and go from there.
